PLACING AN ORDER

1. Do you have physical stores /any stockists?

We only sell through our website and occasionally at pop up stores and fairs in Hong Kong. This way we're able to sell high quality gemstone jewellery to affordable prices. We know that nothing compares to seeing the jewellery in real life. If you are living in Hong Kong, you can view our products by appointment only.

2. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards on our webshop through a secure checkout. We also accept bank transfers and payments via PayPal.

3. What currency will I place my order in?

We currently have multi-currency display on our website for your convenience. However, we are only able to accept orders in Hong Kong Dollars. 

4. Do you offer payment by installment?

We currently do not offer payment by instalments.

5. Do you offer gift cards? 

If you are not quite sure which piece of jewellery you would like to gift, you can also purchase a gift card, which can then be redeemed online.  The gift cards are available with different values, starting at HK$ 300 up to HK$5,000.

6. Where are the gemstones coming from?

We source our gemstones from around the world but mostly from Sri Lanka, India and Thailand. Each and every gemstone is carefully selected to meet our high standards of quality. Our gemstones are coming straight from the mines, that's how we can offer bespoke gemstone cutting according to our customers preferences. The gemstones are carefully selected to meet our highest standards of quality and purity. The gemstones selected are all natural and untreated, reflecting their true and pure beauty as created by nature.

7. Do you have ethical and sustainable labour practices?

We highly care about ethically sourced gemstone, that's why we only work with suppliers who comply to our high ethical standards. 

8. Where is the jewellery been made?

Our jewellery is carefully handmade with our talented craftsman in Sri Lanka and Hong Kong.  

 

SHIPPING

9. How long does it take to receive my order?

If your item is in stock your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days.  If your item is out of stock we will create a new piece for you. All our jewellery is lovingly handmade, please allow 30-40 working days to complete your order. You will get a confirmation as soon as your order is on the way. 

10. How is my order being shipped?

Deliveries are carried out by Fedex or an equivalent courier, Monday to Saturday.  Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes. 

All our orders are sent via trackable courier, with a signature required on receipt. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. Please do inform us of any preferred delivery times or special requests.

11. Is my order gift wrapped?

All orders come beautifully gift wrapped in our branded travel pouches and grey & white signature boxes wrapped with an elegant orange ribbon.
